We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to lead our service team at a reputable franchise dealership in Sydney's Northern Beaches area.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our technicians to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with technicians to optimize vehicle repair processes
  • Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion to high standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong people handling, organizational, and R/O costing skills. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Current or recent dealership experience as a service advisor, or equivalent experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
