This is a pivotal role that requires strategic thinking, innovative flair, and exceptional leadership skills. As Marketing Director, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth, strengthen our brand, and position us as a trusted provider of medicinal cannabis telehealth care.

You will be responsible for setting the direction for our marketing efforts, building a high-performing team, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within regulated industries, with experience leading integrated digital strategies and building partner programs that compound growth.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring compliance with Australian healthcare advertising standards, so you will need to have a solid understanding of AHPRA, TGA, and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned to business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Brand & Storytelling: Evolve and protect our brand narrative and design system across all channels.
  • Demand & Growth: Orchestrate multi-channel programs that generate high-quality patient leads and improve conversion through the funnel.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activity adheres to AHPRA, TGA, and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years in marketing within regulated industries.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Australian healthcare advertising standards.
  • Digital & Brand Depth: Proven success leading integrated digital strategies and brand management.
  • Growth & Partnerships: Demonstrated ability to build partner programs and referral engines.
  • Leadership: Track record building and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
  • Data Mindset: Confidence with analytics, attribution, and CRM to inform decisions.
