The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of leading companies in Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Document Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be eligible to participate in a number of employee benefits including retention bonus schemes, employee assistance programs, salary banding levels, and Qantas Club Membership discounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing document submissions from subcontractors to internal teams.
  • Providing advice and coaching to subcontractors and internal staff on project document control procedures.
  • Managing the flow of internal process documentation to/from site construction teams, procurement, IT, HR, recruitment, plant & equipment, technical, HSE, and environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process oriented, able to analyse complex issues.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels.
  • Sound interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively.
  • Able to work to deadlines and targets and prioritise tasks under pressure.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications within a relevant field, preferred but not essential.
  • A white card.
  • 1-3 years' experience in administration, document control, procurement or finance reporting.
  • Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works.
