Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage the fortnightly payroll for a large number of staff members.

  • Process end-to-end Fortnightly payroll for a significant volume of staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data
  • Coordinate onboarding and terminations processes
  • Oversee the administration, calculation, payment, and reconciliation of superannuation contributions and payroll tax
  • Process time sheets (fortnightly/monthly pay runs)
  • Ensure compliance with Payroll statutory requirements
  • Interpret EBA and Modern Award legislation
  • Participate in system implementation projects as needed
  • Organize new starter arrangements

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience with SAP is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - must be able to work effectively in a team environment
