Professional Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in the Heart & Vascular department as a PRN. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret initial evaluation results, determine patient goals, and develop treatment plans
- Modify treatment plans as needed and utilize appropriate techniques
- Participate in teaching opportunities and clinical education of students
- Contribute to inter-disciplinary program planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program
- Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit
- Eligible for both experienced and new graduate Physical Therapists
- Knowledgeable in anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy, current materials, technological advances, and professional trends
- Effective communication skills with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and other stakeholders
- Ability to lift/transfer patients and treatment supplies without restriction
- Understanding of behavioral, developmental, physical, emotional needs across different age groups
