Job Description

As a leader in the retail and sales management sphere, we are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Operations Manager.

The primary responsibility of this key position is to effectively lead and manage store operations, ensuring maximum revenue, profitability, and overall business efficiencies that support our company's strategic objectives.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the day-to-day operations of the retail and clinical teams within the area
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Retail and Clinical teams through the successful implementation of policies and procedures
  • Enhance and support communication between NSO, store, and Clinical teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvement within the operations team
  • Drive lead generation and revenue to exceed targets on a consistent basis
  • Lead, manage, and coach the Clinical teams and Store Managers on a daily/weekly basis during store visits and other communications
  • Provide information on key business issues to relevant stakeholders on operational and people management issues
  • Ensure people management processes are in place, understood, and used effectively
  • Ensure that the store teams understand and can effectively manage the Clinical schedule for maximum productivity to drive revenue
  • Responsible for reviewing and authorizing all expense claim forms for the team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in a Senior Store Management role or Multi-site equivalent
  • Extensive retail and/or sales management experience and knowledge
  • Practical and effective experience in people leadership and management
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in contributing to organizational achievements
  • Strong and proven ability to motivate and lead large teams
  • Driver's license
