Job Description

The Capital and Reporting team is responsible for providing guidance and oversight on capital and reporting changes, including system upgrades and enhancements. This involves maintaining engines and processes, handling business changes that impact capital and reporting, and engaging with stakeholders to understand and implement new requirements.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, data analysis, and visualization using tools like SQL and Tableau. It also involves driving continuous improvements to reporting processes and solutions, leading the use of analytic techniques, and championing productivity and process improvement across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data analysis and insights within financial services;
  • Expertise in financial and regulatory reporting with a strong emphasis on Group reporting;
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret and evaluate complex data and business processes;
  • Proficiency in BI tools, such as Tableau, desirable, and experience with tools like Alteryx highly regarded;
  • Strong numeracy and accounting skills with a deep understanding of financial products;
  • Ability to understand business drivers and produce valuable business insights and analysis;
  • Experience with RDBMS and proficiency in SQL or other data integration/ETL tools.
