Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful natural setting.

This is a varied position with a strong focus on customer service, cleanliness, administrative tasks, and occasional outdoor work.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality guest experiences for all park users, providing friendly and reliable support, and working independently. Typical shifts are 9/10am - 5pm, with some shorter cleaning-only shifts available.

Requirements include First Aid Level 2, Current CPR, National Police Check clearance upon onboarding, and Working with Children's Check SA or equivalent (within the last 3 months).
