We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Centre Manager to join our team at Redpath Partners. As a Senior Centre Manager, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained sub-regional shopping centre located in the western suburbs of Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Planning and Budgeting: Prepare and implement annual business plans, budgets, and forecasting to ensure the centre's financial performance is optimized.
- Leasing and Retail Management: Identify and pursue leasing opportunities, including casual mall leasing, to maximize centre occupancy and revenue.
- Centre Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing the centre's marketing strategy to attract and retain customers.
- Debtors Management: Manage the debtors report to ensure timely payment from tenants.
- Centre Performance Analysis: Review and analyze centre performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Centre Management team to ensure effective delivery of centre operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with off-site portfolio managers and senior leadership teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role, such as Shopping Centre Manager or Retail Manager.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a high attention to detail.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
