Youth Ministry Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Ministry Coordinator to join our team at St Brigid's Catholic College, Lake Munmorah. This is a permanent, full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the spiritual growth and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with young people through prayer, worship, and community activities.
- Advocate for the needs and interests of young people, promoting their involvement in the Church and wider community.
- Develop and implement programs that foster spiritual growth, social justice, and community service.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate faith development into the curriculum.
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and staff on matters related to faith and spirituality.
- Highly effective classroom practitioner with a commitment to Catholic education.
- Ability to teach Religious Education and lead faith development programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, staff, and parents.
- Capacity to contribute to the school's Continuous Improvement Cycle and promote student achievement.
- Proven ability to lead and take initiative, with a willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life.
