As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving systemic change and delivering lasting outcomes for young people and their families.
The Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model is a globally recognised approach that targets anti-social and offending behaviours in youth through tailored interventions across family, peer, school, and community systems.
- Provide weekly group and individual supervision to ensure MST model adherence and clinician competency.
- Manage a caseload of 1–2 families, delivering evidence-based systemic interventions.
- Oversee program planning, administration, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance program impact.
- Support clinician development through training, skill assessments, and tailored strategies.
Engage in a comprehensive training model that includes clinical training, weekly supervision, and on-the-job learning. Foster collaboration and coordination among clinicians and stakeholders to achieve exceptional results.
