As a key player in our marketing and advertising team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns across programmatic channels. This includes fully understanding briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant to client goals.

You will oversee the setup of campaigns and trading platforms, facilitate data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against campaign strategy and account KPIs.

About the Role
  • Manage campaign setups and optimisations across all channels and platforms.
  • Work with clients on campaign briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant to their goals.
  • Oversee the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, completing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
  • Lead a team of high performing Executives and Assistants, mentoring them and helping them to grow.
  • Provide in-depth insights, commentary and recommendations on campaign health and strategy.
Your Expertise
  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position across digital activation or biddable.
  • Experience on tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Meta.
  • Deep understanding of competitive advantage of media owners and technology vendors alike.
  • Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff.
  • Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast paced environment.
