Lead Assessment Services Team

The role of a Customer Service Manager is to lead and manage a dynamic team of consultants who provide comprehensive pre-commencement guidance and support to apprentices and employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a consistently high standard of customer service, preparing accurate reports and other documentation
  • Closely partner with internal and external customers to create employment solutions that change lives for the better

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with a desire to engage and empower others
  • Experience in establishing an understanding of team member workloads, with the ability to reallocate, delegate and / or prioritise accordingly to meet divisional and organisational objectives and deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in formulating and delivering accurate and timely reports and presentations
  • Strong understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Program and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector including current trends and change factors impacting the apprenticeship sector
