About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive individual to join our team as a Home Care Employee. As a Home Care Employee, you will play a vital role in empowering older people to live a full life at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal care, and domestic assistance
  • Transport and accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Provide social support and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Aged or Individual Support, Community Services, and Disability
  • Medication competency - desirable
  • Compassionate interpersonal skills and an empathy with older people
  • Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle
  • Time management skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy - our clients are dependent on you
  • Ability to work with minimal to no supervision
  • Proven Aged Care or NDIS services background
  • Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently and remotely in customers' homes and in the local community
