Job Description

We are seeking an experienced mergers and acquisitions specialist to lead deal execution processes, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and industry analysis. As a key client point of contact, you will oversee transaction documentation and internal approvals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and execute M&A mandates in the Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and General Industrials sectors
  • Drive day-to-day transaction execution processes
  • Develop high-quality marketing presentations and industry analysis
  • Review and coordinate junior banker work
  • Support senior bankers with account coverage and mentor junior team members

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A) deals in the specified sectors
  • Private equity transactions expertise highly regarded
  • Strong critical thinking, written, and verbal communication skills
