About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Road Designer to join our team at KBR Inc. in Melbourne, Australia.

This is a permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to work on community-shaping projects, such as the Pakenham & Keon level crossing removal, and other diverse opportunities currently being developed and committed to the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of design/drafting in Open Roads, working in a team of modelers to deliver road engineering services related to rail and other infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate closely with digital engineering leads, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and other designers and engineers in the delivery of major projects.
  • Coach and train other designers, contributing to building a collaborative environment that encourages and supports high-level growth and efficiency.
