Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

The role of the Contract Management Specialist is to partner with project managers and stakeholders to plan, source, and support the management of contractual arrangements for construction works and services.

This involves:

  • Planning and sourcing of construction works and construction services in accordance with NSW procurement policy framework
  • Partnership with project managers and business stakeholders to deliver key projects
  • Maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers and contractors

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in planning, sourcing (tendering), and awarding of construction works and construction services within the NSW Government procurement policy setting. They will also have relevant experience with large infrastructure/ facilities with high traffic movement.

Formal qualifications in procurement or a relevant degree are desirable. The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and undergo a National Police Clearance check.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop, implement, and manage contractual agreements that align with organizational objectives
  • To maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • To identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual obligations
Requirements:
