Academic Nurse Specialist

This is a fixed-term position created to fill a vacancy arising from an internal secondment. The primary focus will be on teaching, leadership and service related to academic activities.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead academic teams to design and develop courses and materials that influence teaching across multiple disciplines.
- Provide an exceptional learning experience for students through curriculum design and development.
- Conduct major research, scholarship, and creative activities generating high-impact outputs.
- Develop and lead academic collaborations enabling novel teaching, research, or creative activities recognised nationally and ensuring deep impact in the field and community.
- Registration with the relevant professional body as a registered nurse.
- A doctoral degree in a relevant field.
- Distinguished scholarly learning and teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including innovative curriculum design.
- An internationally recognised research reputation underpinned by publications in high-quality journals and exhibitions relevant to the discipline.
- Demonstrated success and passion for leadership of teaching, research, and/or administration.
