As a Programs and Projects Officer, you will support the delivery of student programs, providing high-quality administrative support and fostering positive experiences for students and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administration and Information Provision: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including assisting with student promotions, application processing, and tracking student progress.
  • Engagement and Event Support: Contribute to the successful delivery of events through planning and logistical support, developing engaging content for print and digital materials, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Systems and Processes: Maintain accurate records in our systems related to program delivery and contribute to the continuous improvement of team systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with relevant experience or equivalent extensive administrative experience. You must have strong interpersonal skills, effective organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is essential.
