About our mentoring program, we assist individuals with disability to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We provide an integrated network of services to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor participants to maintain sustainable employment outcomes
- Provide tailored post-placement and on-the-job support to participants
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities for the organization
- Monitor placement progress and outcomes
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding job loss or significant reduction in hours
This role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure participants have the support they need to thrive in their roles.
You will work in a full-time position operating in the Liverpool region, providing ongoing mentoring, guidance, and practical assistance to participants and employers.
We are seeking motivated and values-driven professionals to join our division as In-Work Support Mentors.
