Flagship Assistant Store Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for fostering authentic customer relationships and working collaboratively with your store leader to drive a successful business. Your key objectives include training your team to become passionate and experienced stylists, surpassing performance targets, and contributing to remarkable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional and inclusive customer experience in every interaction
  • Inspire others through leading by example
  • Work with the store leader to identify areas of opportunity in-store and within the team
  • Drive and manage daily performance metrics
  • Support coaching and developing your team consistently to foster their growth
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Support stock management, operations, and visual merchandising
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador every day

Ideal Experience:

  • Minimum 1+ years' experience in fashion retail as a manager
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow and work in partnership with a store leader
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills
  • Driven results with achieved sales outcomes
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills
