We are seeking a passionate Educator to join our team.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will provide high-quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Support the ongoing development and growth of children.
  • Participate in daily centre operations and contribute to a positive environment.
  • Foster relationships with families and children through open communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
  • A positive attitude and approachable personality.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness in challenging situations.
What You Need to Know

This position requires a National Police Check, valid working with Children's Check, First Aid Certificate, Working Rights Check, and full COVID-19 vaccination (3 doses).
