Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient execution of the fitout process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee all work to ensure it meets our clients' high standards for quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing complex fitout and refurbishment projects, with a strong understanding of commercial construction principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate career progression and development of team members.
