Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, amenities, and communal spaces to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including repairs, painting, and improvements, to ensure the property remains in good condition.
- Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property performance.
Requirements:
