About the Role

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster. You'll be working at our Springfield store as a key member of our team.

We're looking for someone who's passionate about retail and customer service. Your goal is to create memorable experiences for customers, using your initiative and answering questions with ease.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An absolute passion for retail & customer service.
  • Ability to use your initiative and answer questions confidently.
  • Clear and upbeat communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
