Your Next Challenge:
Manage employee support for the regional offices, addressing inquiries related to leave of absences, performance management, benefits, payroll, and other HR functions. Engage in the planning and execution of onboarding processes, orientation for new hires, and employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the global HR team. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide support across the Asia Pacific region, including communication, addressing employee inquiries, and understanding local needs while aligning them with organizational objectives. Propose innovative policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of the HR department and overall employee experience. Conduct routine tasks and contribute to workflows and processes related to performance management, employee benefits, relations, talent management, recognition, morale, and training development. Address and collaborate with HRBP on employee relations and performance management issues, including documentation and providing guidance to local managers on employee matters, tools, resources, and action plans. Collaborate with local HR Business Partners and Legal on complex and high-risk situations. Work alongside HRBPs to align projects and focus areas with HR objectives and priorities, as well as initiatives from global functional business partners. Assist HRBPs with significant functional business projects. Partner with HR centers of excellence (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Culture & Development, HR Business Partners, Operations) on process improvements, projects, and solutions. Oversee and coordinate global HR workflows, including immigration, relocation, leave of absence, and other related processes.What You'll Need:
Experience in human resources operations and employee relations across the APAC region.Nice to Have:
