Sushi Sushi, a leading sushi brand in Australia, is undergoing significant growth and seeking experienced Store Managers to lead our teams.

We are looking for exceptional leaders who share our passion for inspiring their teams, delivering outstanding customer service, and serving high-quality sushi Our people and sushi are the core of the Sushi Sushi experience.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a talented Store Manager at our Westfield Doncaster location. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee and mentor a team of skilled Sushi Artisans dedicated to delivering exceptional product and service quality for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a team that embodies our values and mission
- Create an environment where the team can consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Understand store performance metrics and drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to enhance store presentation, products, and customer experience
- Ensure the store maintains the highest standards of food quality and safety
- Manage stocktakes, COGS, and labor within your store, continuously striving for improvement.

Requirements:

- A genuine passion for sushi and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in motivating and developing teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead diverse employees
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Sushi production experience preferred; willingness to learn essential
- Eligibility to work in Australia required.
