Advertising Inventory Specialist

At Foxtel Group, we're seeking a skilled Advertising Inventory Specialist to join our team on a 6-month parental leave contract. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing fluctuations across different platforms, products, channels, and content providers to ensure Foxtel Media maximizes sell-through.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze ad behavior and site inventory fluctuations across different devices, channels, and content providers.
  • Run forecasts, reserve inventory, and approve campaign avails for revenue retention purposes.
  • Define and siphon inventory to multiple programmatic demand sources, ensuring inventory is fully utilized and driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with Senior Campaign Managers and Programmatic Ops Executive to ensure campaign deliveries and provide recommendations for improving client satisfaction.
  • Act as the inventory conversion person in onboarding new content providers, ensuring promised ad opportunities are trackable and implemented correctly to maximize utilization.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team and Partnerships Team to develop and implement tech changes and solutions to increase ad opportunities across programmatic sources and direct sold pipelines.
  • Drive inventory conversion growth by identifying, scoping, and planning cross-sell product recommendations from an inventory perspective.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative, mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • 1+ year of working experience in the online digital industry and/or in analytical roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge in digital campaign management and inventory forecasting.
  • Experience in Programmatic Trading and using Google Ad Manager is a plus.
