This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the organisation's financial planning function. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will play a critical role in supporting business strategy through high-impact modelling, forecasting, and decision-support analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in consolidating and analysing financial and operational data, preparing and delivering reports, and partnering with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyse financial and operational data across projects, business units, and functions to provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Prepare and deliver reports including budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with accounting teams to ensure timely, high-quality financial reporting and to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership on strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
- Design and manage financial models to support planning, scenario planning, and long-term financial strategies.
- Evaluate financial scenarios for risk management and outcomes to inform business decisions.
- Streamline planning and reporting processes through automation and tool implementation.
- Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and leverage Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms for data visualisation and trend analysis.

- Align financial planning with business goals through cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
