At IFYS Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential programs. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Case Manager to lead our team of Residential Youth Workers in Cairns.
The successful candidate will have experience in a leadership position in a similar field, a relevant tertiary qualification, and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices. They will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, demonstrate leadership abilities, and handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day running of the program, providing leadership and management to all staff, and ensuring that the program provides trauma-informed therapeutic care to young people. They will also be responsible for managing positive relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring the program adheres to all reporting and documentation requirements, and contributing to efficient and comprehensive onboarding, induction, and training of new staff.

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of the program
