Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical education programs for healthcare professionals.
- Provide training and mentorship to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Galderma products.
- Contribute to the development of new treatments and technologies in dermatology.
Requirements:
- Preparation and execution of training plans in local regions.
- Provide relevant clinical education and training to ensure competence of healthcare professionals with the safe and effective administration of Galderma aesthetic portfolio.
- Lead and execute state-based Galderma Aesthetic Academy, Clinical forums, and workshops with local and international doctors.
- Provide clinical education, clinical upskilling, and mentoring of the Commercial Sales team, including CEP (Clinical Exploration Program) development as requested by management.
- Create and deliver clinical education/curriculum relevant to current and upcoming campaigns as guided by Clinical Manager and aligned to marketing plans.
- Conduct all clinical training and educational events to required professional standards and ensure compliance to national and state regulations and Galderma policies and protocols.
