Global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization seeks a skilled professional to coordinate projects and support project directors & managers in planning & management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the development of detailed project schedules, ensuring all project activities, dependencies & durations are captured correctly.
- Facilitate the loading of Project Detail Pages with project metadata, risks, issues & other project information.
- Provide training & support to project managers on project vision tool utilization & escalate any issues or findings.
- Review & ensure data updates & data accuracy, provide coaching & guidance to RDPM staff.
- Participate in development business meetings.

 

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in science or business administration or equivalent education.
- Sound pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in project management software.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Key stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project,
- Experience in Qlik Sense, Clarity & SharePoint maintenance is desirable.
