About Us:
Our facility is recognized as a leader in Orthopaedic Surgery, featuring a team of over 30 specialized surgeons and state-of-the-art technology, including advanced robotic systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Perioperative Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in Australian hospitals, particularly in ENT/Plastics, Orthopaedics, or Neuro/Spinal Surgery.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia - AHPRA.
- Compliance with national healthcare standards.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Perioperative Nursing are highly regarded.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary in accordance with the current nursing Enterprise Agreement, with rates ranging from $39.66/hr to $52.97/hr.
