We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead Identity and Access Management (IAM) within our organization.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of resources responsible for designing, implementing, and administering Identity and Access Governance solutions.
  • Maintain control review processes across entity and asset controls.
  • Closure of all risk audit issues and actions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the three lines of defense, architecture, engineering, and DevOps teams to mature IAM controls.
  • Coordinate workshops with internal and external auditors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong risk management acumen, effective communication skills, and experience with CyberArk and SailPoint/One Identity. Additionally, they should have experience working in highly regulated entities, preferably APRA regulated.
