IDAM Architect

The Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Identity, Directory and Access Management (IDAM) Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our IDAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect IDAM solutions using Saviynt to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage IAM platforms including Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Azure AD, and Ping Identity.
  • Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems, applications, and directories such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday.
  • Develop solutions for user provisioning, authentication, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, attribute-based access control, and identity governance.
  • Lead assessments of security risks associated with identity and access controls.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure alignment.
  • Develop policies, standards, and procedures for IAM across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good experience in cybersecurity or IT with 2+ years in an IAM architect or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, and Kerberos.
  • Hands‑on experience with leading IAM platforms and directory services.
  • Expertise in access management, identity governance, and privileged access management.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
