About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for helping our customers design and deploy innovative cloud computing solutions using Microsoft software on AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our largest customers to understand their technical challenges and provide expert guidance on cloud architecture, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement cloud solutions that meet our customers' business needs and ensure they are architecturally sound, secure, reliable, and sustainable.
  • Collaborate with our Sales, Solutions Architecture, and technical support teams to provide expert guidance to our customers.
  • Take learnings from individual customer successes and scale that knowledge more broadly through the publication of whitepapers, reference architectures, and workshops.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We believe that world-class support is critical to customer success and partner with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and 6+ years of.NET programming experience (C#).
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS, technology/software sales experience, and knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
