This role is a key part of our Maritime business, based in Adelaide.

As a Logistics Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, inspection, and handling of incoming Combat System items. You will ensure documentation is complete and aligned with project expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate material movements between sites, including preparing items for transport and ensuring safe handling procedures are followed.
  • Support inventory updates, while maintaining accurate record keeping.
  • Assist in the compilation and quality checks of connector kits under direction of engineering teams.
  • Prepare and submit asset tracking and stocktake reports for review by the Supply Support Lead.
  • Support site inspections and depopulation activities at designated locations.
About You
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory coordination (Defence experience preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with inventory or material management systems (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, MILIS desirable).
  • Exposure to Defence logistics, hazmat, or demil processes is an advantage.
  • Experience supporting multi-stakeholder delivery environments.
  • Ability to work both independently and under close supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
