Fire Safety Civil Engineering Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Civil Engineering Design Specialist to join our team at Pyrologic Fire Services.

Job Summary

We require a Fire Safety Civil Engineering Design Specialist to work on the design and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze preliminary data to inform design and execution
  • Ensure project schedules and task assignments align with industry standards and client expectations
  • Prepare civil engineering fire safety designs using computer programs like Autocade, Inventor, and Revit
  • Estimate material quantities and costs, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client contracts
  • Inspect fieldwork to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
  • Organize and supervise maintenance and repair work

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or relevant qualification
  • At least 3 years' experience in coordinating and managing civil engineering projects
  • Solid background and advanced skills in civil engineering or project management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in drawing design software, including Autocade, Inventor, and Revit
