Due to the business growing, we are looking for a professional and reliable Civil Engineering Drafter to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Civil Engineering Drafter

•   Be responsible for the collection and analysis of preliminary data, and calculate data for further design and execution

•   Ensure the project schedule and assign detailed tasks, and select appropriate procedures and construction equipment toperfectly accomplish the work

•   Prepare the civil engineering fire safety design with appropriate computer programs such as Autocade, Inventor and Revit

•   Prepare design drafts of civil engineering works, including but not limited to sketches, charts, tables, plans and designs of fire system.

•   Estimate the quantity and cost of materials, and ensure the work will be done in accordance with industry standards, related regulations and the contracts with clients

•     Inspection of the fieldwork to ensure the project can be completed within the specified time and with high quality

•   Organize and supervise the maintenance and repair work

Required Skills and Experiences

Qualification

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or relevant qualification

Relevant experiences

At least  3   years’ experiences coordinating and managing the plans, drawings and delivery of civil engineering projects

•   Solid background and advanced skills in civil engineering or project management

•   Energetic andvibrant personality

•   Self-motivated and a strong work ethic

•   Strong oral and written communication skills

•   Strong interpersonal skills

•   Proficient in drawing design software including but not limited to

   Autocade, Inventor and Revit
