Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption
  • Lead project teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Effectively manage site issues and process variations
  • Utilise project software to log calls and manage workflows
  • Collaborate with project co-ordinators and engineers
  • Expand our project management capabilities into new areas and technologies
  • Manage the department and oversee team performance

Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Electrical industry knowledge
  • Construction project management expertise, particularly OHS & Risk Management
  • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
  • Experience managing multi-discipline projects
  • Energy efficiency retrofit expertise
