We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Lead to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment. Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of digital communications strategies to achieve Council's objectives.
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day management and ongoing development of Council's websites, ensuring content is accurate, well-written, and designed for maximum reach and impact.
- Provide high-level communications advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Team on key issues, policy matters, and implementation priorities to support Council objectives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, delivering data insights and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate a SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings and develop performance metrics to support website engagement and performance.
- Coach and influence staff to ensure behaviors align with Council's values.
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications/Digital or relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading a team and fostering a great culture.
- Previous experience developing and implementing strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Experience presenting information to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new techniques/ways of working.
