At Kilcoy Global Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boning Room Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process in our Boning Room, ensuring customer specifications are met while safely leading production staff to achieve optimum yields, cost, and productivity effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Lead and motivate production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and QA procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
