**Your future in food starts here | Boning Room Supervisor | Lance Creek**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Oversee and manage the production process in our Boning Room, ensuring customer specifications are met, whilst safely leading production staff to achieve optimum yields, cost & productivity effectiveness.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Production management experience, preferably supported by previous hands-on floor level experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and leadership of OHS requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
- Solutions focus and consistent ability to follow through
- Resource coordination that is flexible and efficient to deliver production requirements
- An ability to develop and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
- Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organization
- High motivation and enthusiasm
- Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
