Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Sales Representative to join our team. As a Trade Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for clients via phone and in-person interactions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth
- Supporting external sales teams and management to achieve business objectives
- Processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing quotes to clients
- General administrative support, including storeman and ad-hoc duties
- Rostered Saturday shifts, 8am - 12pm
Requirements
- Experience in a Customer Service/Internal Sales position
- Electrical/Sales background highly regarded
- Trade sales background is highly desirable
- Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
- Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanor with clients
