**About the Role:**

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking an experienced and ambitious Property Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and overseeing junior leasing consultants.

About You:

  • You must hold a Certificate of Registration (COR) for Real Estate.
  • A car is required for the role.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

About the Position:

  • You will support a Senior Property Manager in managing properties and daily tasks.
  • You will oversee junior leasing consultants, providing guidance and support in their development.
  • You will conduct open homes and property inspections.
  • You will manage routine inspections and ingoing inspections.
  • You will handle property advertising and marketing efforts.
  • You will respond to tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • You will process tenant applications and conduct thorough application checks.
  • No outgoings, no repairs, or maintenance responsibilities.
