Pre-Prep Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educator to join our Early Education Centres at our North Shore campus as a Pre-Prep Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality educational programs for young children.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
  • They will have a strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to design and implement curriculum that caters to diverse learning needs.
  • The Pre-Prep Teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of academic and co-curricular programs.
  • They will maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to parents and carers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA recognised equivalent is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also require:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing play-based programs.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
