AI Role Overview

This is an opportunity to drive the development of AI-enhanced features, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and agentic-based generative AI technologies.

As a key member of our team, you will conduct in-depth research across various platforms, creating best-practice research examples to optimize AI functionalities.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to develop and refine AI-driven tools and solutions. You will draft, review, and refine prompts for AI systems and tools, ensuring high-quality content and output.

Evaluating and grading search queries and generated content for relevance, accuracy, and comprehensiveness are critical responsibilities.

About You
  • A minimum of 3+ years of work experience in research-intensive or content development settings, AI-related service or product development, or professional services with a focus on analysis and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken).
  • Exceptional research skills, including expertise in Boolean and other online search languages.
  • Experience in creating and refining LLM prompts and data indexes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of technical or professional terminology.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
