About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated Engine Maintenance Technicians to join our team at TAE Aerospace. As a leading global aerospace company, we provide maintenance services for some of the most powerful and exciting aircraft platforms in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform heavy engine maintenance activities, including strip, detailed inspection, and assembly.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with approved publications, technical data, and work instructions.
  • Maintain documentation of work in progress.
  • Perform maintenance supervisory/inspection duties as specified by aviation regulators.
  • Continually look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical) is desirable.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of strip, detailed inspection, and assembly of the gas turbine engine is essential.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience working within airworthiness rules and regulatory requirements are necessary.
  • The ability to maintain documentation of work in progress and composition of maintenance worksheets is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals to meet regulatory requirements is necessary.
  • A passion and drive to deliver results are essential.
