Security Manager Leader

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead a team of security consultants to deliver high-quality security projects to leading organizations. They will use their deep understanding and experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to drive security teams and deliver complex cross-practice projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver security projects with team members in the GRC domain and cross-practice engagements.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports and presentations highlighting security issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions.
  • Lead, mentor and build high-performing teams in complex deliveries. Understand what each team member's skills are, to provide guidance in developing delivery excellence.
  • Work with customers to assist them in identifying and effectively managing security risks.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills that can deliver concise reports and presentations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering a diverse range of Information Security assessments and uplift programs.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and propose solutions with a commercial understanding.
  • At least one major security certification.
  • A high-performing leader with a deep experience of Governance, Risk and Compliance, IT and Information Security.
  • Knowledge across a range of information security-related frameworks.
