
Healthcare Business Development Specialist

At Hahn Healthcare, we are committed to supporting women's health through every stage of life. Our partnership with a global specialty pharmaceutical company has led to the creation of a unique sales opportunity for hospital sales specialists who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
We are seeking a persuasive and passionate Hospital Sales Representative who can identify the right talent and adapt to changing circumstances. This individual will have strong knowledge of the hospital environment and demonstrated success in the hospital sales area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for calling on key prescribers in hospitals within NSW to influence prescribing habits and drive sales of this women's health brand. They will work within a multi-faceted strategy with support from the wider team to meet and exceed targets.
Key requirements for this position include:
- Pharmaceutical sales experience with demonstrated success
- Territory management and business planning experience
- Commercial acumen and ability to analyse sales performance
- Strong sales and call planning skills
- Resilience and perseverance
- Be highly organised and self-motivated
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- A team player with strong networking, interpersonal and influencing skills
Additional requirements include a current driver's licence and residency status as an Australian citizen or holder of a current residency visa.
